Starboard Aeronautical is a leading manufacturer of helicopter windows, and other thermoplastic components and assemblies for both rotary wing and fixed wing aircraft.
We work with Aircraft OEMs, Fleet Operators and MRO Facilities for the design, development and manufacturing of parts that are either improvements over existing designs or entirely new designs.
Utilizing 3D scanning and 3D modelling tools we will reverse engineer existing parts to modify existing designs or create entirely new designs. Utilizing various FST thermoplastic materials, and various thermoforming, molding, machining and fabrication processes and techniques, we will manufacture quality parts to the required specifications.
All the materials we use are FAA, TCCA and EASA approved and all our manufacturing policies and practices comply with international recognized quality standards.
